VPA is a fan-made GTA talk radio station and commentary channel set in Los Santos. Part public access TV energy, part late-night AM radio chaos — hosted by Tommy Singles and a rotating cast of questionable professionals. Unofficial. Unfiltered. Probably fine.
Every big city needs a station nobody officially approved. Vinewood Public Access started broadcasting out of Channel 11's abandoned tower with one microphone, one deeply unqualified host, and zero sponsors willing to put their name on it.
Tommy Singles took the mic because nobody stopped him. Since then VPA has covered every heist, scandal, and DLC drop in Los Santos — badly, but with total confidence. Written and produced by Rob Morris, a screenwriter who took "fan channel" a little too literally.
No network backing. No editorial standards. Just a station that refuses to go off the air.
